Copyright and DMCA Policy

This Copyright and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy applies to gooddogsupplyco.shop (the “Site”), operated by Good Dog Supply Co. (“Good Dog Supply Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains our approach to copyright-protected material and the process for submitting notices and counter-notifications under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. We respect intellectual property rights
Good Dog Supply Co. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, contributors, vendors, and other parties who provide material to or through the Site to do the same. We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law.
2. Copyright in Site content
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, page designs, photographs, product descriptions, compilations, and other content made available through the Site are owned by or licensed to Good Dog Supply Co. or are used with permission from the applicable rights holder. They may be protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may view and use Site content only for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes, unless Good Dog Supply Co. or the applicable rights holder gives you written permission for another use. Nothing in this Policy transfers any ownership right or license except as expressly stated.

3. How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act for one, and believe material available on the Site infringes an exclusive copyright right, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, the notice must include substantially all six elements below:
Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Copyrighted work. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If one notice covers multiple copyrighted works on the Site, provide a representative list of those works.
Material to remove. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it. Please include the exact Site page or product URL and a clear description of the material.
Your contact information. Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, if available.
Good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy and authority statement. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
For faster routing, use the subject line “DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement.” Attachments should be in a commonly readable format. A notice that does not substantially include the required information may be delayed or may not be effective under the DMCA.

5. What happens after we receive a notice
When we receive a notice that appears to substantially comply with the DMCA, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and take reasonable steps to notify the person or entity that supplied or posted it. We may request additional information if a notice is incomplete or unclear. Nothing in this Policy requires Good Dog Supply Co. to make a final determination about the merits of a copyright dispute.
We may share a notice, counter-notification, and related communications—including the sender’s contact information—with the affected party, a service provider, our professional advisers, or others as reasonably necessary to administer this process or comply with law.
6. How to submit a counter-notification
If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal or disabling resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to the Designated Copyright Agent above. To be effective, the counter-notification must include substantially the following:
Signature. Your physical or electronic signature.
Removed material. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
Statement under penalty of perjury. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Contact information. Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
Consent to jurisdiction. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located—or, if your address is outside the United States, for any federal judicial district in which Good Dog Supply Co. may be found.
Acceptance of service. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice, or that person’s agent.

7. Restoration after a counter-notification
If we receive an effective counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the person who submitted the original notice and inform that person that we will replace the removed material or stop disabling access to it. Unless our Designated Copyright Agent receives notice that the original claimant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material not fewer than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, as provided by the DMCA.
8. Repeat-infringer policy
In appropriate circumstances, Good Dog Supply Co. may restrict or terminate the access or accounts of users, subscribers, contributors, vendors, or other account holders who are repeat infringers. We may also remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and take other reasonable action consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.
9. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing—or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification—may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are unsure whether material is infringing or whether a counter-notification is appropriate, consider consulting a qualified attorney before submitting one.
10. Changes to this Policy
Good Dog Supply Co. may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices, or the Site. The effective date at the top identifies when the current version took effect. Your rights and obligations relating to a particular notice or counter-notification may be governed by the law in effect at the relevant time.
